We are seeking multiple Sales Trainee to join our program based out of Bellingham, MA office.
Responsibilities
· Learn the sales process through on-the-job training, attending sales and service calls, and assisting your mentor in all aspects of the sales cycle.
· Research and develop prospective potential customers and markets and continuously develop and grow sales that generate profit across our diverse business segments.
· Maintain business with existing accounts through developing quotes, analyzing sales and margin growth, managing accounts receivable, investigating, and resolving customer problems, testing products, demonstrating equipment, and providing samples when necessary.
· Create and establish relationships by calling on prospective and current customers to develop new business, and work collaboratively with suppliers, purchasing, customer service, and warehouse team members.
Requirements:
· Experience in Account management.
· Have strong motivation for sales including finding and winning new business, as well as managing and developing existing accounts.
· Exhibit strong verbal and nonverbal communication skills including great follow-through.
· Are a strategic, solutions-focused, thinker who likes to consider multiple avenues and is ready to make this role your own.
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
· Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
