Job Title: Equipment Billing Specialist
Reports To: Senior Manager – Equipment Accounting
Job Summary: Interfaces with internal departments to monitor equipment inventory, maintain equipment rental contracts and generate equipment sales invoices
Responsibilities:
•
Generate equipment sales invoices
•
Create and maintain electronic files for equipment rental contracts
•
Review of rental contracts for accuracy
•
Prepare Equipment Receiving paperwork and review for accuracy for AP personnel.
•
Assist with recording and reconciling sales and rental commission as backup.
•
Report daily movement of inventory
•
Audit daily reports to ensure accurate inventory status
•
Communicate with branches to facilitate accurate inventory reporting and controls
•
Resolves discrepancies between Linder and Komatsu records
•
Tag & Title Work for Sold Equipment as required
•
Set up New Vendors for AP in both systems.
•
Make changes for AP Vendors as requested by AP Supervisor/staff.
•
Other tasks as requested by the Manager.
Education/Experience/Skill:
•
1-3 years of Accounting and Accounts Payable experience preferred
•
Proficient in Microsoft programs such as Excel, Word, and PDF-Exchange
•
Excellent organizational skills
•
Detail-oriented
•
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Additional Requirements:
•
This position requires overtime on the 20th of each month (or prior business day) and the last business day of each month.
