Main Responsibilities:
- Carry out comprehensive territory assessments to pinpoint new business opportunities
- Highlight the value proposition of our equipment and company to potential clients
- Keep accurate records of new contract details
- Nurture strong working relationships with customers, including those within and outside the organization
- Provide support in resolving technical issues for customers
- Meet and exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service
- Stay informed about industry advancements, product offerings, and competitor activities
- Guarantee that marketing materials, brochures, and price lists are well-organized and up-to-date
- Log all interactions with customers
- Notify management of any changes in the territory that could affect the company's success
