Duties

- Engage with landowners to explain project needs and negotiate right of way agreements.
- Collaborate with legal teams to ensure compliance with real estate laws and regulations.
- Utilize Geographic Information Systems (GIS) to analyze property data and assist in mapping out required acquisitions.
- Prepare documentation related to title processing and acquisition agreements.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns from landowners throughout the process.
- Maintain accurate records of negotiations, agreements, and communications related to right of way activities.
Qualifications
- Experience working in a law office or similar environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with GIS technology for property analysis is a plus.
