Position Summary
This is a hands-on, seasonal position with day-to-day duties that perform grounds maintenance work, including: irrigation, mowing, trimming, pruning, raking, shoveling and general grounds maintenance, sports field maintenance, flower bed maintenance,

Salary: $20-25 depending on education and experience.
Essential Duties and Major Responsibilities
- Operate power equipment to provide mowing and lawn maintenance services including, but not limited to, mowers, lawn waste blowers, leaf and debris removal, edger’s, weed eaters, excavators, tractor, twin-axle vehicles, snow blowers, chain saws, hedge trimmers, sod cutters, and pruning saws, etc.
- Install plants, mulch/rock, drip irrigation, make sprinkler alterations on the existing landscape.
- Perform work safely, efficiently, meeting budgeted time constraints.
- Perform work professionally, meeting the high standards of Lindgren Landscape and our clients.
- Assist with other duties as assigned.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience: 1 year of maintenance experience preferred.
Specialized Skills
- Acute attention to detail.
- Ability to routinely lift 80 lbs. or more.
- Ability to work in various temperature and weather extremes.
- Strong communication skills and work ethic.
- Must have character and integrity and be reliable and safety-oriented.
- Able and willing to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
Hours: Hours vary and are dependent on business needs. Weekends may be needed to satisfy the work load.
Salary : $20 - $25
