Do you have a passion for the outdoors and are seeking winter employment with great pay? This position is part-time seasonal help which can lead to full-time employment in the spring. We are hiring for the following snow removal positions:
- Plow Truck Operator
- Skid Loader Operator
- Front-end Loader Operator
- Specialty Sidewalk Equipment Operator
Essential Duties And Major Responsibilities
- Operate various snow removal equipment including but not limited to snow blowers, snow shovels, and snowplows in a safe and responsible manner in all types of weather and conditions
- Remove snow and ice from designated areas in a safe and efficient manner as well as preventing hazardous conditions by dispersing salt and/or other products to prevent slips or falls in these designated areas
- Meet service level objectives and department goals as set forth by immediate supervisor
- Work long hours in extreme conditions
- Assist with other duties as assigned
Experience:
- 1 year of snow removal experience preferred
- Ability to routinely lift 50 lbs. or more
- Ability to work in various temperature and weather extremes
- Able and willing to pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Snow removal experience
- Valid driver’s license with a clean DMVR
