What are the responsibilities and job description for the LAND LEASE REPRESENATIVE position at Lindmark Companies LLC?
Supports the Land Lease Manager in all duties related to functions and activities necessary to maintain and grow the company’s real estate portfolio of leased and owned properties. The Land Lease Representative is responsible for assisting with finding sites for new leases/billboard sign locations and maintaining existing leases while working with state and local agencies for zoning purposes. Travel is required occasionally.
Essential Job Functions and Tasks- These essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following. Additional essential functions may be identified and included by the hiring department.
- Identify new lease sites and negotiate leases
- Negotiate renewal leases for existing sites
- Read and interpret ordinances and state regulations
- Apply for permits at the local and state level
- Attend zoning board or city council meetings as needed
- Support the Land Lease Manager as needed
- Performs similar or related duties as required or assigned.
Work Environment
This work environment is an office-like setting with moderate noise.

Requirements:Required Education and Experience
High school diploma (or equivalent) is required plus one to three years of outdoor advertising or real estate experience; including high-level administrative duties and account management/reporting.
A Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Business Administration, or Marketing is preferred.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Intermediate knowledge and skill of:
- Microsoft Windows environment.
- Internet browsers.
- Outlook
- Google Earth
Must possess great attention to detail, strong organization skills, and strong written/verbal communication skills.
Customer Service skills.
Ability to:
