Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, both interior and exterior, ensuring all surfaces are spotless.
- Conduct window tinting services as needed, adhering to quality standards.
- Execute buffing techniques to enhance the vehicle's finish and remove imperfections.
- Wash vehicles using appropriate methods and products to maintain their appearance.
- Detail vehicles meticulously, including vacuuming, shampooing carpets, and cleaning upholstery.
- Drive vehicles safely to and from the detailing area or customer locations as required.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with services rendered.
- Maintain cleanliness in the work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are organized and in good condition.
Skills
- Proficient in car wash techniques and custodial duties related to vehicle maintenance.
- Experience in buffing and detailing vehicles to achieve a high-quality finish.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Ability to drive various types of vehicles safely and responsibly.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering top-notch results.
- Knowledge of window tinting is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
