Lindora is hiring for a Client Concierge to join their team!

Our studio is dedicated to helping clients achieve their health and wellness goals through a holistic approach that combines nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle counseling. Lindora offers a range of services to help clients improve their metabolic health. Our suite of services includes medically guided weight loss programs, IV Hydration therapy, Hormone Replacement Therapy, laser body contouring and weight loss medications such as GLP-1s. Founded in 1971, Lindora has a more than 5 decade history of successfully assisting all clients improve their health and wellness.
POSITION:
As a Client Concierge at Lindora, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and support. Your primary responsibility is to ensure a positive and welcoming experience for clients, facilitating their engagement with our weight loss programs and services.
REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent sales, communication and customer service skills required
Ability to work weekdays/nights/weekends
Ability to work independently and collaborate with studio owner
Must have proficient computer skills
Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone and via email.
Ability to excel in a fast changing, diverse environment.
Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public.
Some social media skills preferred.
DUTIES
Greet and welcome clients with a friendly and positive attitude
Prep clients for visits
Perform client visit weigh in check ins
Provide detailed information about our weight loss programs and full suite of services
Explain the benefits and features of various programs to prospects either in person or over the phone
Assist clients in making future appointments
Maintain accurate and organized client records, checking all client information on every visit
Assist in processing paperwork and documentation related to client membership
Address client inquiries, concerns and feedback in a professional and timely manner
Collaborate with other team members to resolve client issues and enhance the overall customer experience
Conduct follow up calls to check on client progress and provide additional support
Assist General Manager on daily duties
Share educational materials and resources to empower clients with knowledge about healthy lifestyle choices
Assist clients in menu planning and coaching through their weight loss programs
