What You’ll Do
- Greet and welcome clients with a warm, professional demeanor to ensure a positive first impression.
- Prep clients for visits, including weigh-ins and progress check-ins.
- Provide detailed information about Lindora’s weight loss programs and suite of services.
- Educate clients on the benefits of personalized treatments, helping them make informed decisions.
- Assist with appointment scheduling, ensuring clients stay on track with their health goals.
- Maintain accurate and organized client records, verifying information at each visit.
- Process paperwork and documentation related to client memberships.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Conduct follow-up calls to check on client progress and offer additional support.
- Work closely with the General Manager and medical staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist with menu planning and coaching clients through their weight loss programs.
- Participate in community events, health fairs, and special promotions to share Lindora’s mission.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and sales skills with a natural ability to connect with clients.
- Previous experience in customer service, healthcare, or wellness industries is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the studio team.
- Tech-savvy and detail-oriented, with proficiency in managing client records and scheduling.
