MANUFACTURING QUALITY TECHNICIAN

Job related stuff!

• Responsible for the internal tooling calibration program for company and employee tools
• Complete inspection and documentation for manufacturing parts using CMM, calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.
• Strong understanding of blueprint reading and GD&T to determine the required specifications and inspection procedures required
• Ability to communicate and document inspection data, non-conforming features, and other quality control information
• Must be proficient with computers, Microsoft word and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent written, verbal communication skills
• ISO 9001:2015 and NQA-1 experience preferred not required, must be learned for the role

Experience and Education

• Minimum of 3 years of experience operating CNC machines and/or CMM equipment in a manufacturing environment
• Minimum 2 years of inspection experience
