About the Role :
This is a unique opportunity to work on a diverse range of insurance coverage matters, including both personal and commercial policies, while handling litigation in state and federal courts. The successful candidate will prepare coverage opinions, communicate effectively with clients, and handle all phases of coverage litigation.
Qualifications : Required :
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice in Illinois; additional licenses in Wisconsin or Indiana are a plus
- 5-10 years of experience handling first or third-party coverage claims and litigation
- Strong analytical, research, and communication skills
