Description
Inventory Coordinator – Renewables
This is a critical role for Lindsay and an important part of the Renewables team. We must have the resources in place to inspect and help guarantee we are consistently delivering exceptional products for our customers.
- Quality Control
- Perform quality inspections on renewable products
- Assist with final loaded truck photos and storage of photos
- Document and store reports
- Manage Gage Calibration System
- Send end of day reports documenting finished product and work in progress
- Receiving/Inspection – Lindsay product
- Work with procurement on expected deliveries
- Control the unloading/loading of all shipments
- Completed by material handlers
- Confirm product part numbers, descriptions and qty to purchase orders, report discrepancies to procurement
- Inspect/report damage
- Receive/Sign for parcel shipments
- Label incoming materials for storage and/or production and ensure they are placed in the proper storage areas
- Perform receipt in a shared software
- Receiving/Inspection – Customer Furnished Equipment
- Confirm product part numbers, descriptions and qty to purchase orders, report discrepancies to PM
- Inspect/report damage
- Receive/Sign for parcel shipments
- Label incoming materials for storage and/or production
- Complete incoming inspection QC sheets and photos requirements
- Ensure the proper storage of all materials
- Warehouse Management
- Report materials for Kanban replenishment
- Restock/reset Kanbans after receipt
- Assisted by renewables team and material handlers
- Maintain inventory storage locations/systems
- Conduct physical inventory counts
- Pull replacement inventory for customer requests
- Assisted by renewables team and material handlers
- Preparing kits/picking/delivering parts for production
- Maintain a 6S mentality to sort, set in order, shine, standardize, sustain, and work safely
- Shipping
- Package replacement parts for customer requested shipments
- Assisted by renewables team and material handlers
- Schedule replacement part pickups with PM/dispatch
- Coordinate final product shipments with dispatch
- Package replacement parts for customer requested shipments
- Misc.
- Assist with continuous improvement projects
- Keep all areas clean and organized
