As the Warehouse & Production Lead, you will play a crucial role in managing both our warehouse and production teams, ensuring smooth operations, meeting production goals, and maintaining an efficient, organized work environment. Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Leadership:
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, ensuring timely receipt, storage, and shipment of materials and products.
- Maintain inventory accuracy, oversee stock rotation, and manage the implementation of inventory control procedures.
- Ensure safety protocols and company policies are adhered to in all warehouse activities.
- Train, coach, and evaluate warehouse staff to maximize efficiency and performance.
- Oversee production processes, ensuring schedules and quality standards are met.
- Lead production teams in achieving goals, troubleshooting production issues, and maintaining a high standard of work.
- Monitor and optimize production workflows for efficiency, cost control, and quality.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination between production and warehouse teams.
- Balance time between managing warehouse operations and production leadership duties to ensure both areas are operating efficiently.
- Report on production and warehouse metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across both warehouse and production teams.

- Proven experience in warehouse management, production leadership, or a similar role.
