Responsibilities:
- Assist with the onboarding process
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in ADP
- Process employee terminations and enter accurate information into ADP
- Assist with the administration of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance
- Communicate Staff Changes
- Issue Counseling Memos
- Support the HR/Payroll Team and all other team members as needed
- Answer and respond to inquiries regarding employment at Lindsey Management, Co. Inc.
Qualifications:
- At least one (1) year of HR experience
- Familiarity with HR systems such as ADP is is required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work in an office environment from 8am - 5pm at a desk setting in the HR Department at the Corporate Office.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

Pay: $18.50 - $20.50 per hour
