Overview
Marketing Coordinator supports the marketing team with planning, executing, and tracking marketing programs, and with the development of new marketing strategies. Responsibilities may include analyzing data to monitor campaigns and evaluate results, creating and managing the production of marketing collateral, helping with the organization of events, and providing project-specific administrative support.
Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities:
Collaborating with the Marketing Director, internal teams, clients and partners on marketing strategy.
Helping identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation.
Learning and working with Adobe Creative Suite for digital marketing
Working closely with marketing department, managers and properties.
Creating and updating marketing materials such as flyers, banners, brochures, monthly newsletters, etc. Maintaining a marketing plan in Excel, along with paying advertising invoices.
Providing administrative support to the marketing team.
Preparing, formatting and editing a range of documents, including creating correspondences for properties.
Understanding company product and brand.
General office duties.
Creating and interpreting a variety of reports.
Organizing market research.
Updating social media accounts.
Updating the Company’s website and website maintenance.
Maintaining accurate information for all assigned properties including internal files, directories and listings.
Other duties may be assigned to facilitate other team members and the general demands of the department.
Marketing Coordinator Requirements:
Associates or Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field preferred or at least 1-2 years of marketing assistant experience in an office setting.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
A high level of attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Excellent organization skills.
Related job and internship experience preferred.
Digital marketing experience.

Pay: From $17.50 per hour
