We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Automotive Diagnostic Technician to join our team. Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot automotive systems using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment. Must be proficient in diagnosing.
- Perform repairs on various vehicle components, including drivability concerns, HVAC, electrical systems, fuel systems, brake systems, suspension, and gas & diesel engines
- Utilize schematics and technical manuals to understand vehicle systems and repair procedures.
- Conduct routine maintenance services and inspections to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding their vehicle's condition and recommended services.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with other service technicians to resolve complex automotive issues.
Skills
- Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools relevant to automotive repair.
- Strong understanding of automotive service procedures and diagnostics.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics for various vehicle systems.
- Experience with drivability concerns, electrical concerns, HVAC, fuel systems, brake systems, suspension, and powertrain diagnostics and repairs, including gas and diesel engine repair
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly to clients.
- Experience as a mechanic and service technician is required.
- Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in diagnostic capabilities.
