Duties

- Communicate effectively with customers regarding their vehicle’s condition and necessary repairs.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow in the shop.
- Assist in supervising junior mechanics or apprentices as needed.
Skills

- Familiarity with retail math for estimating costs of repairs accurately.
