What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Center Associate position at Lindsey Wilson College?
Lindsey Wilson College is looking for the right person to fill the position of Service Center Associate. It is classified as a full-time position and requires in person work Monday-Friday year around. This front office position will maintain the campus switchboard, perform all mailroom duties, oversee a small staff of work study students and other tasks as assigned by the director.
Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED. Prior experience as it relates to the position.
- Must be energetic, outgoing, service oriented and be able to work well as a team player.
- An honest and reliable person who is attentive to detail and is ready to work with a diverse population.
- Be able to perform duties quickly and accurately while multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to determine priorities and work well within a team setting as well as individually.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Have clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to lift multiple packages/crates weighing up to 55 pounds daily.
