Duties
- Provide product recommendations and upsell items to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized counter area, ensuring all products are well-stocked and displayed attractively.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor to engage effectively with customers.
