- Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and technical documents.
- Select appropriate tooling, speeds, and feeds for efficient machining.
- Perform quality control inspections to ensure accuracy and adherence to specifications.
- Troubleshoot and adjust machine settings, offsets, and tooling as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area while following company procedures.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in G-code, CAM software, and CNC control systems.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Strong knowledge of cutting tools, materials, and machining processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
