IT Business Partner Lead (P2P)

IT Business Partner Lead (P2P). Lindt & Sprüngli (North America) Inc. Kansas City, Missouri. Responsible for showcasing product portfolios, identifying opportunities for additional value delivery or integration between groups, and offering trusted guidance to business stakeholders to maximize value and innovation. Serve a liaison between the Lindt and Sprüngli North American IT department and the procurement, finance, and co-manufacturing leadership teams within the North American business units, building strong relationships and fostering collaboration. Work with the Lindt and Sprüngli North American IT Delivery Organization to take business requirements and translate them into configuration specification of SAP Materials Management (MM) and Finance and Controlling (FICO) modules as well as assisting with system configuration, testing, and deployment activities. Ensure that IT initiatives align with the overall business strategy of the organization, engaging with business leaders to understand their strategic objectives and provide input on how technology can enable and support those objectives. Work with procurement and accounting leadership teams to ensure delivery of IT solutions is constantly improving, including leading service delivery reviews with sales, customer service, and supply chain leadership teams to align the IT roadmap for those functions. Articulate the expected benefits, costs, and risks associated with proposed IT solutions and support the decision-making process for project prioritization and funding. Define and scope potential IT solutions; participate in solution design discussions, provide business context, and contribute to the development of project plans and roadmaps. Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and manage service level agreements (SLAs) for IT services; monitor and report on service performance, address any concerns or issues, and work towards continuous improvement of IT service delivery. Support the change management process by engaging with business stakeholders during the implementation of IT projects. Manage relationships with IT vendors or external service providers. Participate in post-implementation reviews, conduct satisfaction surveys, and drive initiatives to enhance the value delivered by IT to the organization. Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends related to sales, customer service, and supply chain systems, acting as the primary technical point of contact in North America for global sales, customer service, and supply chain technical Initiatives. Collaborate with security and compliance teams to establish and maintain robust security protocols within the sales, customer service, and supply chain landscape. $122,470.00-$175,000.00 per year. Requires: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field. 10 years of experience in any IT position. 5 years of project management or technical leadership experience in implementing SAP solutions with a focus on Materials Management (MM) and Finance and Controlling (FICO) modules. Demonstrated understanding of procurement and accounting operations and ability to align IT solutions with business goals. Demonstrated understanding of procurement and accounting systems architecture, integration principles, and security/compliance requirements, with expertise in leveraging third party platforms like Coupa, Basware, and Hi-Radius. Demonstrated familiarity with data governance, master data management, and analytics in an SAP Materials Management (MM) and Finance and Controlling (FICO) context.
