About the Leasing position:
We are seeking a highly qualified, motivated Leasing Consultant at our Bucks County communities. Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years prior leasing experience. They should be prepared to demonstrate proven and measurable results.
Critical factors in consideration for this role include:
Strong Leasing and sales experience, good organizational ability and effective delegation. The right candidate must be outgoing and self-starting, skilled at initiating relationships, following up and overcoming objections. Outstanding customer service and sales skills are essential to the position. Weekend hours and scheduling flexibility are requirements for this position. Candidates must have regular access to a vehicle and be legally allowed to drive in the state of Pennsylvania. A Pennsylvania Real Estate License is required within 6 months of hire.

- Warmly greet prospective residents, qualify, determine needs and preferences, professionally present the community and specific apartment while providing features and benefits.
- Accept service requests from residents, route to maintenance department for prompt processing and conduct service follow-up when job is completed
- Calling prospective residents and clearing leasing queue.
- Answer prospective residents and residents questions.
- Help collect rent, calling residents, helping them make online payments.
- Shop competitive communities to update market survey.
- Plan resident activities.
- Assist with marketing the community/company.
