Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Sushi Chef to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sushi preparation, exceptional culinary skills, and a keen eye for detail. As our Special Menu Sushi Chef, you will be responsible for rolling sushi to order in the dining room and assisting with our special menu raw bar. The majority of your hours will be on weeknights, with limited weekend shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and roll sushi to order in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure that all sushi dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Assist with the preparation and setup of the special menu raw bar.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to coordinate orders and maintain a smooth flow of service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the sushi preparation area.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Sushi Chef or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of sushi preparation techniques and ingredients.
- High standards of quality and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Comfortable being on display and interacting minimally with guests.
