Commercial Flat Roofing Repair Technician (Senior-Level)
Location: Virginia (Local Travel Only)

Who We're Looking For:
- 5 years of experience in commercial flat roofing repair (TPO, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, PVC)
- Senior-level technician who can diagnose and perform repairs independently
- Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
- Ability to communicate professionally with clients and teammates
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Someone who wants to be valued for their hard work, not treated like a number
What You'll Be Doing:
- Diagnosing and repairing commercial flat roofing systems
- Performing detailed inspections and leak investigations
- Completing repairs to manufacturer standards
- Documenting work with photos and service reports
- Assisting with preventive maintenance contracts
- Leading by example and mentoring junior techs (optional but valued)
