Spray Technician

Duties and Experience:

• Strong work history including good attendance.
• Mechanically inclined.
• Pass a criminal background check and drug test
• Be able to work overtime as needed.
• Demonstrates the ability to follow detailed written instructions to install a variety of accessories.
• Experience with automotive body work and painting is helpful but not required.
• Must be a self starter, problem solver, and team player.
• Must keep work areas clean and clutter free.
• Required to bend, stoop, crouch, reach and lift objects exceeding 25 pounds on a regular basis.
• Prep and apply spray in bedliners to vehicles, following proper procedures
• Prep and spray aftermarket parts
• Service and maintain shop equipment
• Utilize protective supplies as appropriate to ensure cleanliness of vehicle.
• Responsible for cleaning, sanding, and applying chemical solutions to prepare and condition surfaces prior to painting.
• Mask and cover surfaces not to be painted

Note: Must have a Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and a good driving record.

Qualifications:

• Dependable and hardworking
• Previous experience a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn new skills.
• High School Diploma or GED Required
