Schedule : Monday - Friday 10 : 00AM - 6 : 30PM
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Accurately invoice and verify accounts to ensure seamless financial transactions.
- Confirm inbound receipts with precision to maintain inventory integrity.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication and exceptional service.
- Generate insightful customer reports (e.g., weekly / monthly late / bill reports) to provide valuable data-driven support.
- Coordinate product availability and daily shift schedules in collaboration with the warehouse team.
- Work closely with Operations to fulfill special client requests, expediting when necessary to meet urgent needs.
- Act as the first point of contact to resolve customer inquiries efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain comprehensive and well-organized documentation for easy access and reference.

Pay Range : $16.97 - $28.65
