Deliver exceptional customer service by processing orders efficiently, tracking product availability, and resolving customer inquiries with speed and professionalism. Ensure a seamless experience by addressing concerns promptly and providing accurate information to enhance customer satisfaction.

Schedule : Monday - Friday 10 : 00AM - 6 : 30PM

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Accurately invoice and verify accounts to ensure seamless financial transactions.
  • Confirm inbound receipts with precision to maintain inventory integrity.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication and exceptional service.
  • Generate insightful customer reports (e.g., weekly / monthly late / bill reports) to provide valuable data-driven support.
  • Coordinate product availability and daily shift schedules in collaboration with the warehouse team.
  • Work closely with Operations to fulfill special client requests, expediting when necessary to meet urgent needs.
  • Act as the first point of contact to resolve customer inquiries efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain comprehensive and well-organized documentation for easy access and reference.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities

  • Partner with Inventory and Operations teams to investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies or misplacements.
  • Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)

  • High school diploma or GED (may be required based on facility).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency may be required).
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant computer applications.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 20 lbs. / 9 kgs. (weight may vary depending on facility needs).

    Pay Range : $16.97 - $28.65
