Shift : Monday - Friday, 2 : 00pm - 10 : 00pm (Training will be held on 1st shift 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm Monday - Friday). Once trained, this will be a fully remote position!
Fleet Maintenance Specialist- Salary Role- Grade 5- Range : $46000 - $57500 - $7762
The Fleet Maintenance Specialist plays a pivotal role in the operational integrity of the fleet. Tasked with the meticulous planning and scheduling of repairs, this individual ensures peak functionality of all equipment and systems, while adhering to budget metrics.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and utilize SWI's (Standard Work Instructions) for fleet maintenance / repair activities
- Review and approve invoices for payment
- Continually review, seek feedback, and optimize resources, parts, and technicians
- Update and maintain the status of work orders in EAM system
- Provide administrative direction to maintain project costs within budget
- Support team members to ensure responsibilities and assigned projects are completed
- Provide regular recommendations on future steps to improve predictive maintenance on the fleet
- Maintain relationships with Vendors and Suppliers
- KPI development for maintenance trends and spend
- Collaborate with key stakeholders both internal and external

Pay Range : $46,700.00 - $78,800.00
