What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mechanical Maintenance Technician (M-F Days) position at Lineage Logistics Holding, LLC?
Install, maintain, and repair machinery, equipment, physical structures, plumbing, and electrical systems as directed by leadership, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and company safety standards, policies, and procedures.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct physical inspections, calibrations, preventive maintenance, and repairs on mechanical and electrical assets, including those affecting facility operations, physical structures, and exterior grounds.
- At automated sites, perform preventive maintenance tasks on equipment such as proximity switches, photoelectric sensors, pressure switches, push buttons, and associated testing tools.
- Inspect and perform basic repairs on refrigeration systems.
- Carry out preventive maintenance tasks on material handling equipment following manufacturer and company guidelines to ensure safe and continuous operation.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, evaluations, and preventive maintenance activities, and communicate relevant equipment status and maintenance updates to leadership daily.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
