We're seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to partner with the site General Manager, running the business and driving profitability to new heights. In this role, you'll not only expand the customer base and sell new business, but you'll also manage and nurture existing relationships, making you the heart of our growth and success across multiple facilities.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead & Empower : Manage, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team, providing ongoing feedback to ensure peak productivity, efficiency, and success.
- Drive New Business : Work alongside the General Manager to develop and implement targeted action plans that generate fresh sales leads, turning prospects into long-term clients.
- Build Strong Relationships : Foster and grow local and global customer connections, consistently demonstrating a customer-centric approach that ensures lasting partnerships.
- Craft Winning Proposals : Create and deliver compelling proposals and RFP responses, addressing client challenges and showcasing solutions that solve their business problems.
- Collaborate Across Teams : Partner with other Sales Managers and the Global Account team to promote our comprehensive suite of services across the Lineage network, strengthening our market position.
- Financial Stewardship : Ensure the timely collection of accounts receivable, maintain detailed records of pricing, sales, and activity, and work to maximize profit margins.
- Measure & Drive Success : Keep a keen eye on sales performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to senior management on progress and results.
- Budget Management : Oversee budgets and expenses, ensuring compliance with company targets and financial guidelines while driving revenue growth.
