High reach Operator

We're looking for a skilled Stand-Up Reach Forklift Operator to move products, equipment, and materials in a fast-paced warehouse environment. With a focus on safety and efficiency, you'll help us keep operations running smoothly while adhering to company policies and regulatory standards. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Operate a stand-up reach forklift to place palletized units into high racks above floor level. Retrieve palletized units from racks and prepare them for outbound shipments. Record and track materials, weight, counts, and condition of items using Radio Frequency (RF) systems. Load and unload materials onto/off pallets, skids, or other lifting devices with precision. Perform daily forklift maintenance and complete checklists. Monitor and maintain battery charge levels, clean batteries, and ensure proper storage at charging stations. Experience with electric pallet jacks is a plus - flexibility in operating different equipment is key. Additional Duties and Responsibilities: Work with other machinery and material handling equipment as needed. Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities): Strong basic math skills to handle inventory and counts. Ability to follow instructions in the official language of the country or as defined by Lineage Logistics. Must be comfortable working in temperature extremes, ranging from -20°F in cold storage to 100°F in dry storage while wearing the necessary protective gear. Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs./18 kgs.; weight requirements may vary by facility. Flexible work schedule availability, including weekends when necessary. Comfortable working in environments with varying noise levels, which can be loud at times.

Salary : $35,000 - $45,000
