What You'll Do:
- Deliver Exceptional Service: Process customer orders, monitor product availability, and promptly resolve inquiries.
- Ensure Accuracy: Invoice accounts and verify inbound receipts with precision.
- Build Relationships: Develop professional connections with customers and coordinate product availability with warehouse teams.
- Drive Solutions: Partner with operations to manage special requests and tackle inventory discrepancies.
- Generate custom reports to meet client needs.
- Organize and maintain documentation to keep everything running smoothly.
- 1 year of experience required
- Salesforce experience, appointment scheduling, Customer service in a warehouse/distribution environment.
- A high school diploma or GED (may vary by facility).
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Comfort with light lifting (20 lbs./9 kg or more, depending on the facility).
