We are seeking a motivated and reliable Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for safely handling palletized inventory, managing incoming and outgoing shipments, and using RF scanners in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Pay & Schedule
Hourly Rate: $20–$23 (Based on Experience)
Schedule:
- Sunday: 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Monday to Friday: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
- Operate stand-up forklifts to store and retrieve palletized goods
- Use RF scanners to track inventory, weights, and product condition
- Load and unload materials on pallets and skids
- Complete daily equipment checks and perform basic battery maintenance
- Ensure all material handling equipment is properly charged and stored
- Stand-Up Forklift operation
- Forklift certification/experience
- Experience using RF scanning systems

- Comfortable working in extreme temperatures:
- Cold storage: as low as -20°F (PPE and freezer gear provided)
- Ability to lift at least 40 lbs (18 kg)
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed
- Comfortable with varying noise levels
