Drive Innovation. Transform Data. Power the Future of Logistics.

At Lineage, we’re revolutionizing temperature-controlled logistics—reducing waste, advancing sustainability, and ensuring food reaches people who need it most. Our commitment to innovation has earned us recognition on Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies list and CNBC’s Disruptor 50, positioning us as an industry leader in supply chain transformation. The Product Management team is at the heart of this evolution, leveraging data and technology to optimize warehouse operations, integrate transportation services, and provide end-to-end supply chain visibility.

We’re looking for a Product Owner to join our Product Management – Data Solutions team, where you’ll play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights that fuel smarter decision-making. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into clear technical requirements, and drive the development of high-impact solutions. You’ll partner with engineering teams to ensure seamless execution while prioritizing innovations that align with our enterprise strategy. If you're a proactive, data-driven problem solver passionate about using technology to enhance decision-making, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact.

At Lineage, our core values—Safe, Trust, Respect, Innovation, Bold, and Servant Leadership—define who we are and guide our mission to reimagine the journey of food.

What You’ll Do

  • Prioritize stakeholder needs while balancing value, scope, budget, resources, and dependencies.
  • Communicate expectations clearly and secure buy-in from key stakeholders.
  • Translate business challenges into technical solutions by providing clear context and guidance to developers.
  • Anticipate stakeholder needs through a deep understanding of their roles and objectives.
  • Own and refine the product backlog, creating, updating, and organizing epics and user stories.
  • Define and articulate problem statements and acceptance criteria for epics and user stories.
  • Map dependencies between epics and stories to ensure smooth execution.
  • Prioritize user stories for each sprint to maximize value and align with strategic objectives.
  • Define sprint vision and objectives, including success metrics.
  • Lead and participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with engineers, answering questions and ensuring alignment on product goals.
  • Review and approve completed work, ensuring it meets business requirements.
  • Remove blockers for development teams to maintain momentum.
  • Plan and facilitate functional demos for stakeholders.
  • Oversee the product lifecycle, approving transitions from build to test and release.
  • Maintain and update product documentation, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Communicate product updates to stakeholders, keeping them informed on releases and enhancements.

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 4 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Data Engineer.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, SDLC, and technical product development best practices.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and querying.
  • Ability to build strong relationships across product, engineering, and business teams.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a high standard for execution.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and analytical skills—comfortable navigating ambiguity.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with data integration, data warehouses, and technologies such as PostgreSQL, Snowflake, API, EDI, ETL/ELT, SFTP, and file uploads.
  • Knowledge of real-time and batch data processing.
  • Familiarity with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence), process diagram tools, and/or WMS applications.
  • Background in logistics or supply chain industries.
