Job Description
Responsible for dumping, picking, separating, and sorting soiled sheets, towels, pillow cases, bathmats and washcloths, table tops, napkins, aprons, bar mops, and housekeeping rags to appropriate bins / slings along designated sorting conveyor line.
Job Functions
- Dump, pick up, separate, and sort product on the belt in a consistent manner to help ensure smooth product flow and improved productivity.
- Discern type of article picked up and deposit in the appropriate bin / sling to complete the separating and sorting operation.
- Maintain organization, cleanliness and safety practices within the sortation area.
- Wear personal protective equipment and adhere to all safety training.
- Other duties and tasks as assigned by Management.
