Position Title : Temporary Community Training Coordinator
Status : Full-Time, Non-Exempt, Temporary
Anticipated Duration : January 2025 – May 2025
Reports To : Director of Clinical Training
Salary Range : $22.50 – 26 / hr. DOE
Location : Hybrid, must be able to come into the Lines for Life headquarters and provide community trainings on occasion.
About the Organization : Lines for Life is a regional non-profit that is dedicated to preventing substance abuse and suicide. We offer help and hope to individuals and communities and promote mental health for all. Our work addresses a / spectrum of needs that include intervention, prevention, and advocacy. We educate, train, and advocate to prevent issues of substance abuse, mental illness, and thoughts of suicide from reaching crisis levels. But when a crisis arises or support is needed, we are available 24 / 7 / 365 to intervene with personalized help.
Position Overview :
Lines for Life is seeking a temporary Community Training Coordinator to plan, organize, develop and facilitate clinical training while a regular training team member is on leave.
Responsibilities :
- Manage workflows for recruitment, registration, and tracking of training participants.
- Maintain accurate training records.
- Ensure timely delivery of all reporting requirements including quarterly and annual reports.
- Facilitate clinical trainings for staff and community members
- Collaborate with Communications Department to develop strong web-based training presence and targeted approach to marketing.
- Collaborate with Prevention Department to provide community training opportunities at conferences and other community events.
- Collaborate with Crisis Lines Trainers to develop training content.
- Support grant-writing as appropriate for program development and in alignment with Lines for Life’s strategic pillars.
