The Opportunity
In this role you will:
- Assist in the delivery of multiple Data Center projects.
- Attend and contribute to key meetings to monitor progress, actively collaborate on solving problems and communicate impacts to partners.
- Implement project procedures and use reasonable endeavours to ensure that these procedures are always observed.
- Implement and monitor key project processes, partnering with the client to make improvements and revision.
- Track project timeline and key milestones, and monitor overall project progress, identifying and addressing potential delays in advance.
- Produce weekly action plan for critical activities and chase with all stakeholders till completion of critical activities.
- Assist in maintaining the project documentations including the change tracker, risk register and status reports.
- Coordinate with the client team, consultants team and the contractor on all activities, ensuring everyone understand their roles and responsibilities.
We would love to hear from you if you:
- Have a degree in Construction Management/ Baumanagement, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architecture or similar construction-related discipline.
- Have some experience in construction projects (internship/work placement or else is a plus).
- Love a dynamic environment with the opportunity to manage your own priorities and deadlines.
- Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing in English. German skills are a plus.
- Excel in a collaborative and friendly team environment.
- Have work authorisation to work in the country you are applying for.
