The Opportunity
In this role you will :
- Consolidate team action items and track their completion
- Partner with other project coordinators on standardization of reporting and lessons learned
- Create templates which allow partners to understand and apply the data analysis results
- Ensure documentation is well organized and accessible
- Manage annual contract extension matrix ensuring amendments are completed on time
- Develop dashboards for ongoing operations and reporting, including creating a live reporting tool for real-time progress reporting, trending, data validation & regional communications
- Prepare reports for executive leadership that communicate trends, patterns, and predictions using program data
- Ensure imported data is accurate, working with partners to validate and update if necessary
- Support development and updates of monthly reporting
- Support vendor program, including pipeline, contracts, and onboarding

The salary range for this role is between $105,000 and $135,000 but actual salary offered is dependent on experience, skill set, and education.
