Regional Sales Managers (RSM) are at the forefront of influencing decision makers and building strong relationships within both the public and private sectors.

What You'll Do:
· Attend Regional and National trade shows while building your sales pipeline and closing business to meet revenue goals – up to 40% travel expected
· Meet county and state decision makers on-location for facility tours and conversation around challenges they face while becoming a trusted ally and confidently selling the benefits of a LINEV partnership.
· Collaborate closely with internal and external sales teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and initiatives.
· Create and cultivate alliances, resources, and plans to effectively showcase and promote LINEV Systems' offerings.
· Drive revenue growth through a combination of direct sales and channel partnerships, turning opportunities into successful partnerships.
· Utilize both Inside Sales (telephone) and Outside sales practices to promote
What We're Looking For:
· A financially driven professional who embraces the sales hunter mentality.
· Savvy, with a deep understanding of sales processes and government procurement.
· Experience in X-ray and/or imaging technology, showcasing your expertise in our industry is preferred but not required.
· Proven ability in crafting sales cover letters, executive summaries, contracts and adeptly responding to RFP/BID opportunities.
· Familiarity with law enforcement, corrections, and school security markets preferred – your insights will set you apart.
Your Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with customers and product managers to enhance our hardware and software solutions, contributing to the growth of the organization.
· Skillfully handle client communications, resolving challenges and ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction.
· Lead sales efforts within your assigned region, employing aggressive prospecting and strategic planning efforts to achieve targets.
· Organize and prioritize sales activities, ensuring efficient utilization of resources.
· Guide and mentor channel sales partners, fostering their growth and success.
· Work closely with the Head of Sales to shape our sales, marketing, and promotion strategies.
· Utilize CRM tools daily to maintain accurate records, insights and opportunity updates.
· Manage and optimize sales expenses in alignment with company guidelines.
· Uphold and enhance domestic reseller/channel sales processes, ensuring contractual compliance.
· Provide comprehensive quarterly reports, offering insights and improvement strategies.
· Leverage your expertise in X-ray production and related software to drive effective strategies.
· Craft and execute go-to-market plans, infusing creativity into our promotions.
· Fulfill other assigned tasks and responsibilities as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $75,000.00
First Year OTE: $110,000-$140,000
