Operations Analyst II, Deployment

Job Summary

Drive seamless hardware deployments that expand grid capacity and accelerate the transition to a more resilient energy future. As an Operations Analyst II, Deployment, you will play a critical role in optimizing our hardware installation processes and ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams, external contractors, and utility partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Standardize the installation process by documenting and implementing clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all deployments.
• Develop and implement a structured contractor onboarding and training program to ensure field resources align with best practices.
• Establish a feedback loop to continuously refine SOPs and improve first-time installation success rates.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, Solutions Engineering, and Client Success teams to optimize deployment strategies and execution.

What You Will Achieve

• Gain a thorough understanding of the installation process and deployment workflow within the first 3 months.
• Take full ownership of deployment planning, including resource allocation and scheduling, within the first 3 months.
• Establish strong working relationships with internal teams and external field resources within the first 3 months.
• Develop and implement a structured onboarding and training program for external deployment resources within the first 6 months.
• Identify and address key bottlenecks in the deployment process to improve efficiency within the first 6 months.
• Rfine and document best practices to drive standardization across deployments within the first year.
• Own and continuously improve the hardware deployment process, ensuring high-quality execution, within the first year.
• Establish a structured feedback loop to refine SOPs and reduce installation errors over time, within the first year.
• Demonstrate measurable improvements in deployment efficiency, first-time success rates, and contractor performance, within the first year.

Requirements

• Experience in planning and executing hardware deployments, particularly in the energy or utilities sector.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing short-term execution with long-term process improvements.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to develop structured playbooks that enhance scalability and repeatability.
• Thrives in a fast-moving environment where adaptability and problem-solving skills are key.
