Your responsibilities will include helping our restaurant Customers use our state of the art cloud
based restaurant solution.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years Customer facing experience ideally providing technical or helpdesk support
- Working experience in IT or hospitality business.
- Good understanding of restaurant operations, ideally POS systems such as Aloha, Linga, Revel, Toast, etc.
- Great communication skills in English and Spanish
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and a team player
- Above all a passion for Customer service, and a desire to delight Customers
