Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive data source assessments by reviewing training materials, performing subject matter expert and stakeholder interviews, shadowing data source users, and analyzing source system tables to systematically review, synthesize, and prioritize data validity and reliability threats.
- Develop and present actionable recommendations for mitigating identified data threats, creating robust tracking mechanisms to monitor and report progress toward implementation across multiple organizational divisions.
- Leverage advanced technical skills in MS Excel, Power Query, and data warehouse technologies to analyze system problems, design and test data standards, and evaluate complex procedures and processes involving structured and unstructured data.
- Serve as a critical liaison between management, program personnel, and IT teams, translating complex technical findings into clear, understandable insights that facilitate informed decision-making and organizational data integrity improvements.
- 5 years of experience with SQL, Business Systems Analysis, and Microsoft Excel;
- 3 years of experience with MS Access and Microsoft Word with strong technical writing skills for reviewing and communicating data source system findings.
- 2 years of demonstrated oral and written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and critical thinking expertise, with the ability to effectively analyze complex technical information and translate findings into clear, actionable insights.
- Proven experience in data management technologies, with specific emphasis on Microsoft Office suite tools and data analysis platforms.
- 5 years of experience with PowerBI highly desired;
- 2 years of experience with Process Management and Improvement techniques preferred, indicating a strong background in systematic organizational improvement methodologies.
