Requirements:
- Must have a Federal Security Clearance.
- Candidate must be aPennsylvania resident.
- Minimum two years of operational and maintenance experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator and Sterling File Gateway (SFG) file transmission software.
IBM Sterling maintenance and operations experience:
- Proven ability to provide technical expertise and guidance for file transmission planning, development, customization, and mentor less experienced team members.
- Create and maintain documentation for business processes, procedures, and audit requirements.
- Participate in the team on-call rotation schedule.
- Upgrades, patching, vulnerability remediation, certificates, and other maintenance required to maintain compliance and service level objectives.
- Configure monitoring alerts for availability and outages.
- Produce status reports and system health checks.
- Configure new and modify existing file transmission workflows.
- Operational and/or maintenance related experience with SFG Control Center, myFileGateway, SEAS, and/or Secure Proxy.
- Understanding of the use and setup of IBM Sterling Connect:Direct.
- Understanding and ability to develop and execute recovery plans to meet company defined Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity plans.
- Understanding of different file transfer protocols, e.g., FTP, SFTP, FTPS, SCP, HTTPS, and the need and use cases for these protocols.
