Managing the busy office for a local estate management business. Working with owners, employees, vendors and clients.
Job includes AR, AP, monthly billings, managing and reconciling petty cash accounts, scheduling appointments, emails with clients and vendors, research and ordering of supplies and coordinating with IT.
Help co-workers in the field at various properties
Must be proficient in: Quickbooks, Excel, Word, Outlook and Google Drive
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
