Pay : $18 DOE
Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Bilingual Foreman to lead a team in building high-quality crates. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry and concrete work, with leadership skills to manage and motivate a team of 4-5 employees. This role requires excellent communication, hands-on technical expertise, and a proactive approach to ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise and manage daily activities of a team of 4-5 employees.
- Coordinate tasks related to carpentry and concrete work to build durable and precise crates.
- Ensure that work is completed according to specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Provide hands-on support in carpentry and concrete tasks when necessary.
- Train, guide, and mentor team members, ensuring they understand project requirements and safety protocols.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment, enforcing safety procedures and conducting regular safety checks.
- Communicate effectively with team members, management, and clients in both languages (English and Spanish).
- Monitor and report progress, issues, and material needs to management.
- Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained and utilized.
