Lingo Staffing is hiring a Cleanroom Operator in Trumbull, CT.
- Starting Pay : $19 / hour
- Shift & Schedule : 1st Shift, Monday to Friday, 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM; occasional overtime required.
- Key Responsibilities : Work in a cleanroom, package and clean parts using specialized tools, read / interpret technical instructions, and handle hazardous materials following strict safety protocols.
- Required Skills : 1-3 years of manufacturing experience, ability to read technical documents, strong attention to detail, physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs, and basic computer proficiency (Word, Excel).
- Preferred Skills : High school diploma or equivalent, cleanroom experience, familiarity with ISO 9001 / AS9100, and bilingual in English / Spanish.
- Work Environment : Cleanroom setting requiring protective attire, with duties performed standing for the majority of the shift.
