Hours: full-time, Monday-Friday, 1st shift

Pay: $18/hour to start
The responsibilities of the Insurance Specialist are:
- Client Support
- Manage accurate setup, maintenance, and resolution for H&B and COBRA accounts.
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Account Management
- Ensure financial accuracy and compliance with insurance regulations.
- Maintain professional relationships with carriers and partners.
The requirements of the Insurance Specialist are:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1 years of insurance experience; knowledge of billing and health insurance
- Strong Technical background utilizing multiple software applications
