Lingo Staffing is now hiring Machine Operators in the Oklahoma City area to start ASAP!
Machine Operators - Responsible for setting up, operating, monitoring, and maintaining industrial machinery in a manufacturing environment, ensuring efficient production by following established procedures, performing quality checks, and adjusting as needed to maintain product specifications while adhering to safety guidelines; tasks may include loading materials, adjusting machine settings, troubleshooting minor issues, and performing routine maintenance checks.
Pay rate : $15-16 Hourly
Scheduled :
6 : 30PM -7 : 00AM (Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday)
6 : 30PM -7 : 00AM (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday)
Must Be Able to Train On 1st shift 6 : 30AM – 7 : 00PM
Job Requirements & Duties :
Operate and monitor production machinery in accordance with company safety protocols and quality standards.
Must have 2 years of machine operator experience.
Must have assembly / production line experience.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
Assist in the preparation and handling of materials for printing and packaging processes.
Inspect finished products for quality assurance and adjust as needed.
Follow production schedules and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines efficiently.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or relevant experience is a plus.
Aptitude for math, problem-solving, computers, and mechanics.
Attention to detail.
Ability to work and communicate well with others.
Willing to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
Ability to stand, squat, and bend for extended periods.
