Lingo Staffing is hiring a Maintenance Technician in Trumbull, CT.
Hours: Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm
Payrate: $20/hour
Responsibilities:
- Equipment Maintenance & Repairs: Diagnose, repair, and maintain production equipment, including air compressors, saws, and industrial machinery, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine inspections, lubrication, and part replacements while following manufacturer guidelines and maintaining accurate records.
- Facility Upkeep & Housekeeping: Maintain cleanliness in work areas, perform minor repairs, and ensure restrooms, break rooms, and offices are in good condition.
- Help in other areas like assembly and packaging as needed.
- Safety & Compliance: Follow all safety protocols, report equipment issues, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Qualifications: 1 years of industrial maintenance experience, electrical knowledge, ability to work independently, and strong teamwork and problem-solving skills (bilingual in English/Spanish preferred).
