Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement marketing strategies for math education products to achieve key business goals, such as increasing sign-ups, conversions, and renewals while reducing cancellations.
Analyze data and conduct competitor research to refine product positioning and messaging.
Market Research & Feedback Integration
Collaborate with teaching, business, and customer support teams to gather insights, identify pain points, and continuously improve product offerings.
Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring feedback informs product updates and new feature development.
Campaign Development & Execution
Create targeted marketing campaigns for various customer segments, including educators, parents, and students.
Craft compelling content and product packaging to showcase value propositions effectively.
Performance Analysis
Leverage data analytics to monitor user behavior, identify opportunities to enhance user experience, and boost retention rates.
Generate actionable insights from marketing metrics to optimize campaigns and drive measurable results.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Partner with internal teams to align product launches and promotional efforts with broader organizational goals.
Provide training and resources to empower sales teams and customer success teams to promote math products effectively.
Qualifications
Educational Background :
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mathematics, STEM, Education, Marketing, or a related field. A strong understanding of math education is essential (e.g., a math major or equivalent experience).
Experience :
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the e-learning, or ed-tech industry. Experience as a parent or caregiver engaged in children’s education is a plus.
Demonstrated skills in marketing, including audience segmentation, product positioning, campaign management, and data-driven decision-making.
Proven ability to craft compelling messaging for different target groups (e.g., parents, educators, administrators).
Skills :
Strong data analysis capabilities, with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin (bilingual proficiency preferred).
Familiarity with trends in math education and ed-tech products.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, results-driven mindset.
Excellent time management and project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
